This will result in loss of vitamins, essential fatty acids and other nutrients. The Price. Argan Oil is not cheap. It requires 100 kilograms of raw nuts to produce a liter, and this is done the traditional way by Berber women. Don’t be fooled by low priced offers. Be wary also of pricey brands in fancy packaging.
